Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item or something that totals over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to and send your item to:

We can only Provide some form of Guarantee regarding shipping to people ordering anywhere within North America.

If you live outside of North America please send us a email at and we can provide you with a personalized invoice if you are interested in any of our merch or pups.

Shipping procedure

All of our merch is made Via Print on Demand using screen pressing meaning when you order, our team gets the product created within the first 24-48 hours at one of our outsourced locations that has the proper material in stock.

Our shipping prices are as follow:

Free shipping to USA

Shipping to Canada is 12.50 per item

Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of 20.00 per item

From that point our average shipping time is about 10 days per usual ground transportation for shipping. Please update us or contact us by email if your order has not arrived in full by day 14 since the origin purchase date.

Our print providers are able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe and North Korea.

Please note that, currently, there are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers used by our print providers. Delivery to a particular country might be suspended or delayed. It is not our responsibility to keep up to date with your country’s current status
